Oh yes, the 1512 will handle anything that Jato can throw at it. But, IMO, an L motor would be more than sufficient. You'll want to use a 7L or 8L for 11.1v. The added torque will allow you to gear even higher if you want. If your gearing options are limited, maybe use larger diameter tires - that can add substantially to top speed.
