Winter in the Uk is just rain rain rain, so no winter running for me saddly. In the states where it actually still snows or so I gather, mounting the electronics inside balloons works (not the motor obviously).
Or a small plastic tub can house things; I have ven seen someone put a plastic shower cap over the truck's chassis to cover eveyrthing up and stop water/snow getting up side it, then put the shell on as normal or there abouts, Simplestadvice I have is to avoid mushy snow, puddles and yetis.....
