That's actually a pretty good idea and I may try it. I do, however, have an E-Flite power meter, which I put in-line with the battery and ESC, so i can monitor voltage live. It takes readings 3 times per second, so I'm sure I'll be okay monitoring it that way. I just planned on using the ICE to discharge the lipo at 10A and set the cutoff voltage at 3.2v per cell so it will stop and let me move the pack to the vehicle (with the meter) for final bench testing.
I've already tested the voltage cutoff using my nimh packs, and it performed as it was supposed to. Now it's time to prove it with the lipo packs directly.

Sleepy32 - I use my ICE to charge my FMA/Kokam 3s 3200 packs and it works perfectly. For the BalancePro packs, I use FMA's specific BalancePro charger.
