The Airtronics 359 is pretty good, 0.10sec. and 200 oz./in. It's very fast with plenty of torque.
There's also the Hitec 5955-TG servo, which is a monster - 0.15sec. and 333oz./in. of torque. It's digital, and with all that torque, it feels extremely solid. Under a load, it feels like it's faster than 0.15sec (compared to the Airtronics 359 at 0.15sec.).
I have the 359 in my Hyper 8, and when I had my Revo, it had a 5955-TG (now the 5955 is in my rock crawler). For a truggy, I would say go with a 5955. It's definitely more durable than the 359, and so will last longer between repairs.
