Hi all, Check this out, I could not get my Quark to beep (program) so I hooked a battery pack to see if it was the UBEC and it smoked bad
. and I had not got to run this $275 esc yet and I was feeling bad

. It should not have smoked, Because the battery was 7 volts and I double checked the wiring. Anyway now the good part
I read here that the motor has to be hooked up even though the instructions say not to?? So I hooked it all up using the UBEC and when I tried to program it. It Beeped
So I programed it and it works perfect
Well almost perfect, I can't get the reverse to work. (probably the operator
) I am assuming I burned the internal BEC see pictures below. The burned part is at the left under the two large black squares. Can someone tell me why I can't get reverse?? And should I get the 125 fixed?? I guess an
