Petr from MGM has always responded quickly to me. BK OTOH, you may get a better response if you addressed the letter directly to Santa. lol
you may be able to more easily repair it yourself if its just a capacitor thats dead. Mike may help you out if you bought it from him. His quote to me about a BK repairing a busted 9920 was "it prolly cheaper and faster just to buy a new one."
