it's great others have had no problems, but all i can advise is to use them at your own risk. i went through 3 sets of pins - i didn't 'bulletproof' the first set, so my bad, but i did notch the pin in the 2nd and 3rd sets - they flew out at high speed, and put gaping holes in my chassis (plastic stock), and BENT my input and output tranny shafts (the centers came slightly off the ouput shaft and wobbled, which at high speed bent everything else).

another extra step i even took was to make sure to have the 'groove walls' be at 90 degrees to the bottom of the groove i put in, and not angled - if it's angled, the grub screw is at greater risk of just sliding up and out. if the 'wall' of the groove is perpendicular, it should hold. 'should' being the key word - mine didn't hold. and i had a proper allen tool, and used RED loctite on the 3rd set, and let it cure.

maybe mine was just a fluke - but those things sure make me nervous now.
