I have broken a upper turnbuckle, but only because of the same reason as jhautz... I didnt want to put in the new ones that come with the kit lol..

And I have bent a front hinge pin (lol I hit a car tire full speed....) But it didnt bend hardly at all, and I bent it back in my vice =)
