If you can keep the motor temp around 160 you will be good, any more than 180 is too hot. Esc temps vary, but I feel that 140 is about as much as I ever want to see. That esc should be fine, but you will want to gear the 7xl down a bit, with 14cells it will be turning around 38k rpm.
