Deleted my previous post... 'cause I ended up winning the 3905 transmission at ~$53 shipped. Soooo, I'll take a look at stumblin's mod and go from there. :)

Also ordered a pair of complete front/rear differentials. Haven't yet ordered the bulkheads. I'm waiting on a particular auction... after that I might look at other options. I should be ordering the hexcrews AP kit this week, though.

Waiting for trueRC to restock their 2s or 4s lipos so I can grab one of those and run it in my Rustler for a while before the E-Revo is running. Actually, I may try an A123 pack. I'll order a Castle BEC as soon as I can get the lipos and charger. The 9XL will wait until the truck is rolling. I'm also considering a cheaper radio solution. I don't mind using crystals since I don't race.
