OK this should be easy - 8800 DVI outputs both DSUB and DVI at the same time....
In your monitor or graphics card box they should have given you a little adapter block to convert one of your DVI ports to DSUB - this is normally blue.
Then just use a normal old style montor lead (VGA) to hook it up - Cheap as chips if you need to buy one...
In the nvidia control panel you then have to select to mirror the output on both screens. Last step will be to check online for the ideal setting (max res at 60hz) for your TV and set both screens in control panel to that res...
