I totally agree about the need for a more standard C rating. As a matter of fact, there is a thread about this very topic
here. I think that any procedure MaxAmps comes up with will be questioned. TBH, any testing must be with an impartial third party against other competing cells. That way, no one can complain the results of the test were biased...
