IMO, if it's a DX3, I'd pass. If it's a DX3.0, it's a better deal. The DX3 has 3 model memories and is an older discontinued Tx. The DX3.0 has 5 model memories and is a current model. FWIW, you can pick up a DX3.0 with 2 Rx's brand new from most retailers for about $210-230 shipped.
