I'm for the rebuild, but here is how it looks to me.
New parts required:
• 1515 1.5y or ???? $245.00
• MGM / MMM / ????? $200.00
• Lipo or lipo's & charger and balancer $ ??? TBD by buyer
• batery tray $40
• motor mount $60
• battery straps $10
• harden 5mm mod1 pinions (2) $30

Total conversion value = $800 + (realistically)

(Not to be a kill joy) but how are your shocks, diffs, trans, etc holding up? Remember a good BL system will test them all..

Now a new E Revo is what $435 ?? plus batteries and or lipos?.

The choice is yours to make, personally I would go with the new Toy after weighing out the pros and cons of the initial startup.

Whatever you decide on, have fun with it..
