Finding a lipos true C rating has been discussed in depth in a few threads a while back. It was decided the best way to do it is with a proper simulated load device- you can vary the load (in amps) and it will read out the voltage the lipo produces at that load, so you can see what it takes to make its voltage drop to/below 3.0v per cell = true C rating. Only issue was such a testing device costs about $500, and is usually used by garages to test 12v lead acid batteries and such things.
