Are you sure you haven't been refunded? Email me your order numbers and I will look into it, but it is possible that your refund came after your most recent statement if you paid with a credit card? I am certainly not perfect and could have missed it, but our standard procedure is to refund excess shipping costs(even on a single order). If there was an excess charge, it was likely refunded. :)
