I ran my MM ESC with a UBEC and fan on 4s for a very long time in my old buggy, and my Revo is still have. It never went into thermal once. I think the highest it ever got is around 165*F to 170*F, and that was at the end of the run... but I don't run at the track so that could explain why I have such low temps... Usually, it hovers around 145*F. And now that it is in my CRT.5 running 4s, it hasn't gone above 125*F as far as I know.
