DO have first priority and your ESC will be shipped before the preorders and v1 upgrades. The rest is what I was talking about when I said that there was an internal communication problem. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and vise versa. That I could see as a legitamate complaint but the fact is that Patrick said on 7-30 that they would ship next week and mine shipped on 8-1 that's 2 days later. That's actually sooner than he predicted. Maybe when you called the person you talked to was talking about the preorders shipping next week not replacements for defective ESCs.
