With 3s, I don't think you can beat a Mamba Max ESC with external BEC and a Feigao 9L motor. This will give you speeds in the mid thirties depending how you gear it, and should run well for you. If you have the money though, go try to go with a Medusa or Neu motor. Neu motors are the best motors around, but the price also reflects this... The Medusa motors are kind of in between the Feigao and Neu in terms of performance and price.
