I run Spysweeper and Norton 360 and I am crap free.....
...and I hear you about the sharing sites...and MySpace being the worst...the computer my daughter uses is loaded with crap and I have told her to stop going to the sites, I would spend lots of time cleaning up that computer but I am tired of wasting my time and now it is very slow and she has been told when the computer crashes she can go to the library to use a computer...I wont buy another one
