I got it at Ace harleysville hardware, and i found this on their website which appears to be the same thing, but instead of $2, it says $12.99-$14.99:

whoops, I read the reciept wrong, I thought the prices go under the products, but they actually go above them... I got the countersink for $9.59 with their 20% off sale, it didn't have a price where it was hanging
