The e-lst conversion is not too bad. I have the forward only tranny with the internal swap for better ratio. I use a "the dude racing" single speed hub with a 59t tin spur and a 24t RCM hardened pinion. Problems are the lack of a prefabbed motor mount (until the dude gets his ready for sale) and a spec battery tray. I intend to use motor brakes, so the brake servo will be gone, and the battery tray will go between the rec box and the tranny. I will mount the esc where the fuel tank sits... Will have to make a battery tray, use some kydex like always.
