Nice idea for sure but I think it might be hard to go from sensing to shutdown before the ESC reaches the critical point for self destruction or becomes too sensitive to avoid shutting off with "normal" voltage dipping...

It would be nice for the ESC to have some basic data logging - Max amps, lowest voltage, Ahrs used etc
