Any good brand name servo witn more than 200oz of torque and a metal gear set should be fine for steering. More is always better but at some point more just becomes more expensive and you dont really that that much more benenfit.

For the brake servo you could just more the stock steering servo and that should be plenty of power for the brake. I am using an older servo with only lke 80oz of torque and it is fine there.
