Now for the build...
Doing some research on here it came down to two options with this conversion; 1 Build it from scratch like I did my savage or 2 find a conversion kit to help with some of the modifying.
Going with number 1 on my Savage created a lot of headaches, wasted funds and foolish purchases. I opted for number 2.
Now came the research time...I found out that the Slayer Chassis is the Revo Platinum Chassis so any of the Revo conversions should work.
I opt'd for Tekno due to the known quality and the use of the clutch bell set up. Plus a cool t-shirt

This kit includes a 5mm flywheel/clutchbell adapter; adjustable motor mount; battery tray; radio box; ESC mount and detailed instructions.
So to start you need to remove all the Nitro stuff from the the chassis which includes:
Fuel Tank, Tubing and Mounting Post
EZ Start and Wires
Exhaust Pipe and Hanger
Engine and Mount
Left Radio Box
Throttle Linkage and Return Spring
Receiver, Switch, Receiver Battery
Right Radio Box
