I run a 1512 1.5YF on 4 & 5s in my mbx-5 w/ a MGM controller and it is a very good set up. Both components run extremely cool. On 5s the buggy is insanely fast and quick. On 4s it is perfect for racing. The MGM is a little confusing at times to program, however, there are plenty of forum members who have programmed one and are more than willing to help....they helped me out a lot.

I agree w/jhautz completely reguarding the Neu motors...best motor PERIOD. Plus, they have great customer service...good luck with your set up and be sure to post pics. when you are done!...
