i saw this company on another thread and this guy does custom carbon fiber pieces specifically for RC car stuff. i have heard he is great to work with and can make just about any custom piece if you send him specs or prototype. he may be a good source for your mass produced line if you follow that too. but at least he can fab that one piece i bet. check it out:
