I usually just enter the nominal voltage (#cells x 3.7v) and the at rest tire diameter. I figure that the tire balloning, and voltage drop will cancel each other out. I also radar all of my setups, and usually find that the speed calc is only 1-2mph off when I figure gearing as stated above.
