Nope. Thats just the endbell cover that also gives the motor abit more offset from motor mounts which use mech brakes (conversions).

You'd need to make an adaptor plate with the 25mm mounting pattern that goes to the motor mount, then the smaller ~23-34mm pattern that goes to the motor.
