Tekno Neus need no maintenance at all. Keep them under 60k RPM and under 180 degrees (mine always ran around 140) and they should run for years without a problem.
Learn from my mistake though, check your motor screw length before you use it
I don't know how far into the motor the screws can go, but I killed mine by using screws that were too long
