I got the tranny fixed, was pretty easy.





That white thing is heatshrink (haven't got pic after the heat up) just to secure the pin. Also put some glue in it

Instead of the drill bit, I enlarged the hole and tapped mine to 3mm and used a yoke setscrew. It's stronger than that bit you used and guaranteed to stay in place too using blue loctite .

I forgot to take a picture of it but here's the same concept on my tmaxx/revo tranny.
