1 sheet of plywood cut into 4 pieces 2'x4' a few hinges, a few bungee cords,and a couple 2x4s will solve ur problem. Use 3/8" plywood to keep the weight down. Hinge 2x4s so that you can fold them to the top side of the ramp and they would store pretty flat, then fold the legs out for use and hold them together with a bungee
