Here's some info to help you out. These numbers are based off stock associated parts.

Fr/Rr Diff Ratio: 35/14 (2.5)
Tranny: 1/1 (direct)
Spur: 55, 60
Pinion: X
Tire diameter: 2.39 in (18T) 2.6 in (18MT)
Balooning radius: .25 in (best guess)

As for pinions... its much easier to find pinions for a 3.2mm shaft motor. I know all about the horrors of trying to find a 2.3mm 48p standard (.5 mod, imperial, or whatever people are calling it now days) pinion. Its literally impossible. The best option I've found is a 3.2mm-2.3mm bore reducer. Those work well, but no one makes them anymore. Maybe you can get Mike to custom make a few for you. Worse comes to worst, use copper tubing.
