I run 40 wt. oil with the 3 hole pistons and it's pretty nice. For the diff I just pack it with automotive wheel bearing grease, but I want to try some Moly grease because it isn't supposed to break down as easily (wheel bearing grease usually loosens up within an hour or so). The diff isn't sealed, so oil leaks out pretty easily though there are people that run 50k+ with success.
