MT: i was told we ARE allowed to solder the females DIRECTLY to the MALES on the MMM plugs. i have had issues with this looseness thing and when i get my new controller back i will fill the gaps up with solder. aparently the guys testing the escs have been doing this....sounds like more resistance and more of a pain than a wire!! o well...

heres the email he sent:

On the V3 MMM's the power wires are soldered directly to the circuit board. It is okay to solder the 6.5mm male bullets directly to the female bullets attached to the MMM. This will NOT void your warranty, I have confirmed this with the engineers; they have actually done so themselves on several occasions. It is recommended to use the male bullets when you solder them together, versus removing the male connector and soldering the wire directly into the female connector.
