I re glued my talons, and don't really see any need to use a more expensive tire/wheel combo. They tires offer great, I run a 2100kv motor on 6S with 20/68 gearing and the wheels do balloon at WOT but nothing too scary. Once re glued they've been flawless.

Edit: What size badlands and maximizer rims are you guys running? I have no idea about these after market wheels :(
