Honestly with your Lipos getting that hot I'm guessing your way overgeared! Enerlands are the best out there and if they can't supply the power there's a problem elsewhere! Are you using the stock screws to mount your motor or did you use something else? If you used a longer screw you may be shorting out the windings in the motor. The motor temp isn't really an issue, Arct1k received some early release motors a few months ago and he said they did run a bit warmer than a genuine neu but patrick said not to worry unless you can boil spit on them! So if your under 200* your safe. I once went for some extreme gearing on my crt.5 to see how fast I could go, it wasn't that fast, I dropped the gearing back down and it was faster cause the battery could supply the current. You might be surprised that gearing down may help you. I would just try the stock tires first, there's about 1/2" difference which really affects the gearing. If that helps try the 20t and see what happens with each tire.
