Hello all,

Rather new to the forums but not new to electric r/c's. I have a oldish HPI nitro rs4 that I no longer want to bother with tuning or get running for that matter. I decided maybe I can convert it to a electric street pan car or drifter. Either way I still need to fix the front dog bones since its currently a rear wheel drive car not the full 4wheel.

So where would I start with this conversion and what would I need to get going? I have some electronics from a truck that went brushless so I still have the old esc and motor for it. What would I to get rid of the old motor and slap this one in there?
