That would be a Neodymium magnet. It is probably something around N32 grade. You can get neodymium magnets at
www.kjmagnetics.com. They're surprisingly cheap.... I have a 130lb magnet that is a beast.
The hardest tip in the world for most people - Keep your workbench clean. I know I can't do that...
