I did the single battery mod and added an ubec.

Normally I would just remove the red wire from the esc RX connection but reading the manual it says leave the switch in the off position.

Presumably this powers the esc from the ubec.

Does anyone see any issue with removing the red wire and using the internal bec to drive the esc?

PS don't ask why i'm using a novak HV and 6.5
