Get the badlands and zero offset LPR wheels. Cut the bead off of the badlands and mount them on the LPR wheels with the stock foam that comes with the Badland tires. The lower profile on the sidewall and higher foam density from having a slightly overstuffed foam really makes a big difference to reduce the amount of ballooning and you shouldnt need tape on the tires unless you are shoot for some really high speeds.

I prefer zero offset wheels on my revo for track purposes. The zero offset wheels give you close to the stock track width and the revo will turn better. With offset wheels the wider track width makes it turn slower and it fels less responsive from my experience. The 1/2 offset wheels are great for stability if you are running in open areas or speed runs, but it handles better with standard (zero) offet wheels IMO.
