A great source of protein is (Isopure) you get 40grams per 20fl oz to help fill-in the gaps.. 140+ grams of protein is not really easily achieved by eating alone! That is unless your eating lots of small meals evey few hours the books I’ve read suggest eating 6-8 small meals a day or once every 2-4 hours.
