For those of you wanting to add weight, in the gym low reps heavier weight and for food quality carbs (stay away from refined sugar as much as possible) and up the protein. You also need plenty of water.
For those of you wanting to lose, and it hurts me to say this. We have to do more cadio. Weights alone will not get it done.
For motivation, my wife has hung the 195lb pictures all over the house. Especially in the pantry.
This is a cold woman. She would probably take the RCs if she ever left, but things are great!!
