Sounds good, I'll take the advice. This is what I was thinking though. I would have put the 2S and 3S in series for 18.5V. The truerc are good for 120A continuous and the zippy 125. My continuous amp draw would not even be close to those numbers and I was thinking gearing for about 45mph on my emaxx. The 3S pack would run out quicker than the 8000mah pack, but the LVC should cut off at that point. So I figured it would be safe. If I set the LVC at custom and keep it higher than normal I thought it would be ok. But I see your point, with one pack reading high, it could overdischarge the other pack and the lvc might not catch it. I didnt think about that.

I have had bad luck with batteries in parallel and exactly what you guys mentioned happen. One pack runs out before the other and overdischarges and puffs and the lvc never had a chance to turn on because the pack that still has a charge keeps working. Actually if that pack is overtaxed because of tooo much current draw then you lose them both.
