Timing low, start power probably around medium (depending on how you do soft starts), and punch control from 50-80% depending on how responsive and powerful you want.

I would start with timing lowest and start power at the second to lowest setting. If you get cogging/chattering on starts, increase start power. When the starts are good, start off the punch control at 50%, then run it and adjust the punch control to suit your driving and motor heat output.
