Well, if you are just looking at it from the motor perpective: The nitro has a little more surface area, so it can dissipate a little more heat, and its temp range is higher. But, an engine is also much less efficient than a good electric motor, so I would say the motor has more usable ouput.

Actually, neither has any torque/power at 0rpm, I meant just over 0rpm. Anyway, I was just trying to point out that the curve is way different.
