Joe I've never had any issues with the castle warrantee or service - I was just a little shocked by the change in that it wasn't positioned as a "service bulletin" the previously quoted spec was incorrect.

It was not intended to start a debate about the change (i'm sure you've tested extensively and decided on this limit for a reason) it was more that the change hasn't been published widely.

I'm probably in the minority Joe as I've had the motors for a while - I see that tower esc has the corrected spec - so more that I havn't looked at them for a while...

I'll stick to 4s in future :)
