You could always try to use the same cells, but go up in volts and use a lower kv motor. None of this is terribly easy, but may be cheaper than getting tons of custom work done.
Say instead of 2x3s packs, maybe redo the packs into 1 5S 2100 pack and get a ~2000kv motor. If you can resolder packs yourself and sell the motor, this would be easiest and cheapest. I'm assuming this is just for more runtime? Also, if you really want runtime, Neu sells 2500 packs in the same dimensions as well. Maybe even one of RCM packs in a 5s1p? This would be the same runtime as your 3s 4200 pack, if not a touch more. Else cram a std size pack on there in 3S like a lot of others do.
Personally I have a 4S 2100 pack on a 50mm 2200 medusa, and between two pack I can run for a really long time. I usually get bored before both packs are out.
