This should make it a bit easier
Buggies: Fast, relatively light, more realistic looks, but prone to shock tower damage.
Truggies: Easy to drive, forgiving, quite a bit bigger than the same scale buggy.
Mt's: A more dramatic truggy (more suspension movement, bodyroll, wheelies, etc.)
Personally I am a buggy guy, but i bash on pavement most of the time. On grass, my 2650 runs cooler geared the same, probably because I am not using the breaks as often.
