Why would you sell an entire truck just because the drive shaft was a bit too long- calm down before I slap you about for being hysterical....
What diffs and cups are you using?
Just how much too long is the rear shaft- if its only a mm or 2, then you can safely grind the tips of the shaft until it fits snuggly into the cups and doesnt bind against the ends of the out put shafts.
You could always try Mike's shafts that he sells for the Gorillamaxx (sure he has some for the revo version, but he can also custom make shafts to any desired length, as can rcalloys.com ).
Another option is to install a stock plastic 3905 type prop shaft between the rear diff and the tranny- just use an outdrive with a spare yolk in place of the stubaxle, piece of cake.
